Your book has already been polished and you need a final check for minor typos or small errors. In this process, I will not correct grammar or the wrong use of tenses.

  • general grammar, word choice, sentence structure, and clarity
  • tenses, wordiness, repetition
  • punctuation, capitalization, spelling, headings and lists

Heavy Copy Editing ($2.00 per page*)
Includes checking for:
  • general grammar, word choice, sentence structure, and clarity
  • tenses, wordiness, repetition
  • punctuation, capitalization, spelling, headings and lists
  • appropriate voice and tone for intended audience
  • proper use of abbreviations and acronyms
  • proper use of numbers and symbols
  • errors in continuity

Actual price based on word count.

Please understand that if I feel your project needs deeper editing than what you opted for, I will contact you in an early stage of my work. It is your choice to opt for a more thorough kind of editing service then. However, if you don’t agree, I preserve the right to pass on the job, if it collides with my working policy.
Request a Sample
To request a sample of my services to see if you like the way I work, please send me an email with “sample edit” in the subject line and attach a few pages of your manuscript. Let me know the approximate word count, so I can get back to you with a more detailed offer as a reference when you’re ready for an editor.
Payments
I require half of the payment up front and the other half upon completion. I will send you a paypal invoice for each. If you need to talk about other payment options please send me an email and we can discuss it.
What payment method do I prefer? Paypal
